What I Do
I’m an enthusiastic Service Transition Process Manager (oversee a series of ITIL processes) who collaborates with others to ensure the entire lifecycle of new or changed services are consistently well managed, which in turn, minimizes impact to the business and patient care.
Two of the processes currently managed, vital to the success of UCSF’s mission and are most important to Service Transition, are its ‘whole lifecycle processes’, which have significant impact across the enterprise and each of the ITIL areas:
- Change Management
- Service Asset & Configuration Management (CMDB)
